So today I decided to go to Sicily Italy.....aaaahhhhhhh....so warm and sunny. Do you see me in that boat???? We are having cheese and crackers a little fruit and water. So relaxing. Thought I would post a few cards I made last night. I got the idea for these cards from another blogger, her name is Frenchie. She took acrylic blocks and used them to stamp with. So I tried it and "Waa-Laa" (as she always says) I got this rather neat effect. Then I used a stamp using the same effect on the Anniversary card. I rather like the way it turned out. I bought the chandalier stamp at Archivers for 75% off. Debated as to if I should buy it. Had seen it around alot but never had the urge to buy it. But, at 75% off, it is part of my collection now, and I am glad I bought it. It's very elegant, I think. My next project with this stamp will be stamping on pages from an old gospel hymnal song book. I have seen examples on Etsy and rather like the effect.
