Making These Tonight ~~ Buttered Popcorn Cookies

Hi Roxie, thanks for stopping by. These cookies are quite different. As I like popcorn lots, I wondered if there was a cookie with popcorn and googles and wala....I found after making them two different ways, the best is to shape them like the golf ball size then press them down and bake...they will be more crispy. Leaving them as golf ball size and letting them bake down, they will be more chewy. I might make them again.

Did you like them? I haven't baked yet, but Conner is coming to spend the weekend. We probably will get some cookies baked then.
They weren't too bad, I like popcorn though. I would mush them down before baking, otherwise the dough was really good. Maybe next time add some nuts.
