You asked about the pesto:
For dinner last night, I made pesto pasta, baked eggplant slices from Trader Joe's and a second vegetable. I spent too much time blogging and didn't have time to fix the meat... So, tonight it's something with ground turkey. Don't have a clue yet... but it's chilly enough for soup.
Thanks for sharing this. It really makes you stop and think about what others are going through. Puts things in perspective.
